prunes for two

parsley pesto
you need:
one bunch parsley, washed with stems removed
2 cloves of garlic, whole, peeled
3/4 c toasted pine nuts
1 tsp salt
1/2 extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered if available
1 lb. bucatini
1 T of course sea salt for the pasta water
1 1/2 c arugula washed thoroughly
